You can find reviews about anything on the Internet. That goes for the P90x reviews that are out there. They are all universally very good and all the posters on these very informative sites have lots to say about what the P90x has done for them. They can be depended on to give a fairly well thought out response to the question that all reviews try to answer: How good is this product/service/program and can I recommend it to one of my friends?
The reviews, as they say, are in. This is recommended for just about everyone. That being said, what is meant by “just about everyone”? This exercise regimen should not be taken on by people who are not already in fairly good shape. The exercises are intense and they will have a tendency to kick your butt if you have not been exercising in the recent past. The strength training and the stretching and poly-metric routines might be a little too much for that type of person.
